This Girl Has Oil is a Christ-centered ministry driven by a calling to deploy and equip women in their God-given purpose and mission to lead their generation to Christ. Luke 4:18 tells us that it is the spirit of God empowers us to fulfill our God-given purpose and assignment. No matter where a woman has influence in her home, on her job, in her community, or the local church these are the women God had in mind when birthing this ministry.

Our mission is to bring women and girls to an awareness of the oil of the anointing on their lives to lead their generation to Christ through confidence building, in-depth leadership development, community outreach, and women empowerment events.
